Monument of the insurgents from the Greater Poland uprising

The monument located at Berwińskiego square is dedicated to the Greater Poland insurgents who seized Kargowa in February 1919 successfully fought to keep the town within the territory of the restored Poland. Each February, a memorial is held in their honour.
