Founded in 1947, the school moved to the buildings at Sczanieckiej street in 1971, and was named after Stanisław Staszic in 1980. The complex includes a secondary vocational school specialising in business, IT and mechanical engineering, a high school with specialised medical, legal and science classes, and a basic vocational school.
