Built in 1740, the church was given its current Classicist style during the 1795 reconstruction. The new church was funded by Dominica Freiin von Gillern, the last abbot of the Cistercian monastery for women in Trzebnica. The aiseless brick church has a rectangular chancel and a wooden ceiling over the nave. The soaring steeple rises from the western wall of the church. The southern porch with a cross-ribbed vault is the only remainder of the original church structure. The church, surrounded by a wall, along with the vicarage, the former parish building and the cemetery, is a separate enclave on a small hill in the southern part of the village.
