The village of Łąka is part of Racimierz, but constitutes a separate administrative unit. It was founded in the Middle Ages - the first mention of Łąka goes back to 1394. In 1579, the village was divided into two parts. Two manors were built there, but both burned down in a great fire. The village avoided the devastation of World War II. Today, Łąka is a multistreet village without any historic buildings. There is a green cycling trail running through the village.
