At the church in Pęzino there is Luise Schmalensee Puttkamer's grave and there are the crests of both families. (A little digression - once Adam Mickiewicz was unhappily in love with Maryla Wereszczakówna. But she was already engaged with a Puttkamer whom she married and Adam was served "the black soup"). The Puttkamer's crest depicts a half-griffin and half-fish.
