St. Anthony Padewski's Church

Address Kobylanka
The former church burnt down on 24 May 1934. The covering of the altar and the metal cross from the tower were saved. In 1936 in the same place, there was put into use a church built of brick on a rectangular plan, with a wooden tower on the western side. In 1945, for a few months the church served as a barn for cows that belonged to the Soviet Army. Then a part of the roof, the altar and the organs were destroyed. The residents of Kobylanka repaired the roof themselves and made a provisional altar where there was placed a picture of the patron.
