The neo-Romanesque church in Żarowo was built of granite stones of various colours at the beginning of the 20th century and is most probably based on the 18th-century walls. On the eastern side there is a pentangular apse. The eastern and western gables are stair-shaped and decorated with blind windows. There is a three-storey tower covered with a tented roof. Inside the sanctuary there is a beam and boarded ceiling, a organ gallery and benches from the church construction period. At the altar there is an oil painting "Heart of Lord Jesus". The church cemetery is surrounded by a stone wall and there is a 15th-century Gothic gate in it topped with a pointed arch and decorated with a recess frieze.
