The church was built in the centre of Babin, in the form of a elongated rectangle. The walls were made of well-hewn granite blocks, arranged in regular layers, supported with a beveled plinth. In the 19th century the church was rebuilt. On the eastern side a semi-circular apse was added, and on the western side - a tower on a rectangular plan was built.
