The “Blueamber” plantation was established in 1996 on the outskirts of the Goleniów Forest, in the vicinity of “Torfowisko Reptowo” (Reptowo Peat Bog) Nature and Landscape Complex. Today, the plantation is located within a Natura 2000 area. The local raised bog soil is perfect for growing blueberries, as it closely resembles the native soil of this plant in the US and Canada.
