Built in the second half of the 19th century with the use of neo-Classical forms, on the plan of the rectangle. Adjacent from the northeast is a tower built on the plan of the half of the regular octagon. A rectangular porch with the main entrance is on the opposite side, and a pentagonal verandah is adjacent from the southwest. This one-storey structure is covered with a gable roof. The top of the southeast elevation is flanked by quadrilateral pinnacles.
