The peasant cottages in Nowa Tuchorza, representing the folk Greater Poland construction style, date back mainly to the 19th Century. The cottages can be found at numbers 2, 4, 8, 9, 13, 21 and 27. The locals call them “olędry”. Many of the cottages have been adapted to the needs of modern life, mainly by replacing thatched roofs with roof tiles or steel sheet.
