Synagogue

Address Pl. Powstańców Wlkp. 11, 66-110 Babimost
The synagogue was built in 1799 and remodelled around 1880. It was built on a rectangular plan as a two-storey building with a double-pitched roof. The elongated windows on the first floor of the synagogue were crowned with arches (the so-called Rundbogenstil). The synagogue served the local Jewish community until 1927 and was later sold. After World War II, the building housed a local cultural centre and now serves as a convenience store.
